A lowly regular person trying to explore the world of healthy, sustainable diets in a methodical way to determine which one is best for me.  Along the way I hope that people can take my experiences as a newbie to each of these diets as lessons to help them into the one of their choosing.  I also hope that people can look at my analyses and separate the truth from the hysteria about each of them.  Other than that, it’s about having some fun and talking about good food and good health.
